We built Sterling Lawyers from scratch—starting with a single attorney and growing into a regional powerhouse with 27+ lawyers across Wisconsin and Illinois and over $17 million in annual revenue.
Throughout that journey, I shared our strategies publicly on the Jeff Sterling Hughes Show documenting what worked and what didn’t as we scaled.
Now, we’re raising the bar again—by merging two podcasts into one.
Why We Combined the Two Shows
While I was recording weekly solo episodes, our sister company Rocket Clicks—led by Tyler Dolph and Tony Karls (also a co-founder of Sterling Lawyers)—was producing the Revenue Roadmap Podcast. They were interviewing high-performing attorneys like Michael Craven in Chicago and Erin Levine of Hello Divorce.
We realized we were talking to the same people—family lawyers who want to grow their practices without the fluff.
Merging the shows into the new Sterling Family Law Show lets us go deeper, faster, and more consistently.
“Excited to get both of our teams and talents together.” — Tyler Dolph
What the New Podcast Covers
This show is built specifically for family law firm owners—practical, no-nonsense advice you can apply right away.
We’ll dive into:
- How we used the Local Dominance Technique to expand into markets like Madison and Appleton
- Lead generation breakdowns using paid search and SEO
- Firm management systems, hiring playbooks, and intake processes
- New episodes featuring me, Tyler, or both—already 5 ready to launch
We’ve also linked this content to the client-facing messaging we use at Sterling Lawyers, so what we say in marketing matches what we deliver in service.
“We’re packaging operations, marketing, and leadership into something law firm owners can actually use.” — Tyler Dolph
Sample Episode Highlights
We’ll feature interviews and breakdowns like:
